1. This contract applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable to a second party.
2. At date of purchase this puppy is in good health and free of communicable diseases as attested to by the veterinarian health statement that accompanies this puppy. Buyer has 48 hours to have puppy examined by a veterinarian. If the puppy is found to be ill or in poor health within 48 hours of purchase, it may be returned to the breeder. A report of the results is to be sent to the Seller and the puppy can be returned immediately at no expense to the Breeder. Breeder reserves the right to have puppy examined by her Vet to verify the condition and determine that the illness was present before leaving the Breeders home.
3. If the puppy should develop any hereditary characteristics, such as hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, hereditary heart or eye conditions, before the age of 1 years that will affect the puppy’s life or physical abilities, we will replace the puppy when one is available. We never refund money at any point in time. The buyer must return the puppy to the seller within 3 business days at the buyer’s expense. If a problem should arise, we require that you take your puppy to a board certified technician for a diagnosis. If it is found the puppy does indeed have a life altering genetic disorder, a 2nd opinion is required by a board certified Vet, of the Breeders choice or approved by the Breeder.
4. We do our best to place puppies with excellent temperaments in approved homes but due to circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee the temperament of the puppy after it leaves our premises.
5. We (Breeder) are not being held responsible for any vet expenses after the puppy leaves our premises.

- This puppy is sold with full AKC Registration.
- The puppy is to be provided adequate socialization, shelter, and housing and will not be chained outside but allowed to spend time with the family.
- This puppy is to be fed a premium quality dog food and will maintain a weight appropriate to its breed, size, and age.
- This puppy is to be provided with adequate and correct exercise. The puppy will not be allowed to jump from places higher than its shoulder, or made to jog/run/jump unnaturally (example: run by a bike).
- This puppy is to receive proper veterinary care and proper vaccinations for the duration of its life.
- If for any reason that you, the Buyer, are not able to keep this dog, then Breeder is to be given first right of refusal and the Breeder is not obligated to refund any of the purchase price of the puppy.
